My friend was put in temporary accommodation and I called the staff because I was concerned for their welfare and asked her to check the room that my friend was in to see if they were ok and the person was really rude to me on the phone saying about the police, the staff was rude to me saying she wasn't going to check I asked if they checked out she said she can't tell me then she continued to hang up the phone on me, tried to call back and no answer

Repaint parking bays and somehow get people to park in one bay only.

Breakfast pre-booked. This buffet breakfast was normally used by my past employer.

It was my 4th stay and I was so pleased to see Drew on reception again. He is a credit to the company, so friendly, helpful and professional. I look forward to my next stay.

Staff were all really lovely, however, the room smelled of damp and the furniture was clearly very old and really worn. We didn't eat here and only came back to sleep for 2 nights, so can't comment on anything else. Overall it was OK.
